Suntava Purple Corn™ Bars


  • 4 cups Suntava Purple Corn crisps
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup 14-mesh IntegriPure® brown flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2-1 cup mini chocolate chips or
  • peanut butter chips

Yield: 32 bars


  • Toast oats and flax separately in a pan on stove top. Allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, combine crisps, oats and flax; set aside. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat remaining ingredients on stove top until combined, reserving chocolate/peanut butter
  • chips for later.
  • Mix all ingredients well and pour onto cookie sheet, spread out and press until even.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips onto the mixture and press into the bars.
  • Cut bars to desired size.
