Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

chia, flax, purple corn

1 cup mixed berries, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp Suntava Purple Corn™ Extract Powder
1/2 cup avacado
1 tbsp IntegriPure® Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp IntegriPure® Milled Flaxseed
1 tbsp yogurt

Yield: 1 serving

Instructions
1. Add coconut milk to blender pitcher.
2. Next add fruit, avacado and yogurt.
3. Top with remaining ingredients: purple corn extract powder, chia seeds and milled flaxseed.
4. Blend until combined.
5. Spoon smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings such as ancient grain granola, chia and flaxseeds.
6. Enjoy immediately!
