Fruit + Ancient Grain Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries or other fruit of your choice, frozen 
1 banana, frozenpurple ancient grain fruit smoothie
1 cup coconut or almond milk (add additional as needed for desired consistency)
1 tsp Suntava Purple Corn™ Extract Powder
2 tbsp IntegriPure® Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp IntegriPure® Milled Flaxseed
2 tbsp IntegriPure® Organic Quinoa

Yield: 1 serving

Instructions
1. Add liquid to blender pitcher.
2. Next add fruit and flax, chia, quinoa and extract powder.
3. Blend until combined.
5. Top with additional chia, flax and quinoa or even your favorite granola.
6. Enjoy immediately!
