Chia Jam
Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp IntegriPure® Organic Chia Seed
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:

Add the fruit into a saucepan. Turn to medium heat and begin to mash the fruit with a fork. Once the fruit is mostly mashed, stir in the chia seeds and honey.

Allow the mixture to boil for 10 - 15 seconds, then remove from the heat.

Transfer into a glass jar and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy immediately (try it with homemade whole wheat English muffins!) or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
