Chia Jam

    2 cups fresh or frozen berry or other fruit of choice (for this recipe, I used fresh raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp IntegriPure® Organic Chia Seed
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)


  1. Add the fruit into a saucepan. Turn to medium heat and begin to mash the fruit with a fork. Once the fruit is mostly mashed, stir in the chia seeds and honey.
  2. Allow the mixture to boil for 10 - 15 seconds, then remove from the heat.
  3. Transfer into a glass jar and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy immediately (try it with homemade whole wheat English muffins!) or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
